This is a mixed bag of a review. Let me say the host, was attentive and replied to every communication within an hour. That is fantastic! Here are the troubling factors for a two-week stay that cost over 4,000. The master bedroom sheets had a large stain (the size of a basketball) on them. This was beyond disgusting. There were only 3-rolls of toilet paper on check-in (the host rectified that issue on the second morning). There was junk piled up on the east side of the house, tree limbs and it appeared remodeling clutter. That ran at least 10 feet. While it was listed as a 3-car garage, the 3rd side garage was full of rolls of carpet and general stuff. There were also two-holes in a wall in the living room. I am not sure if something had been attached, but it just looked bad.Again for the money, we were expecting a pristine property and what we got was far from that. I truly do not enjoy leaving a review of this tenor, but it is honest!Disappointed in Chandler,Jim

We had a very enjoyable stay as a family of 4. The house was very clean and as described. Communication wa very easy with the host the entire time that we were there. I would defintely check this house out in the future.

This property was absolutely perfect. The communication with the owner was terrific, the location is super convenient, the home has all of the amenities desired. The only downside was that we needed to go back home to work and life sooner than we wanted - it was such a terrific stay. Thank you!
