Communication was not great and I had to call to get check in information sent. The condo is nice, only negatives are that there is a musty or damp smell, one of the entrances is rfid and only for owners which is an inconvenience and the washing machine was really dirty. The condo otherwise has all you need

The place was nice and clean. Location was great. The cons. Take bottled water, tap water tasted horrible, almost chemical. Had to buy bottled water for coffee maker and to cook with.Amenities were bare bones. One roll of tp, no salt/pepper, soap etc was minimal at best. Although it was a nice room, pleased with it. Very close to beaches and a good price point. Just make sure to take the minimal extras.
