The representative three-family house is above the pretty village of Ennetbürgen in the middle of Switzerland near Lucerne. The 2 1/2 room apartment with every comfort offers a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains on a large south-facing balcony. The apartment includes a double bedroom, 1 living room with a pull-out couch, 1 kitchen, 1 shower / bath / toilet and a separate toilet. Toilet, kitchen and bed linen as well as all taxes are included in the low price. WLAN is also available free of charge, as is the outside space for your car.

SUPER CLEAN-INCREDIBLE VIEWS-LARGE SPACESepp is a very responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, open concept, very modern, and much larger than the photos show. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. We enjoyed using the fondue set and the Nespresso pod machine (in addition to the drip coffee maker).The 180 degree GORGEOUS views on the balcony are truly the highlight of the apartment. Both day and night. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and dinner in the large dining room while enjoying the views. There is a dining set and chairs on the balcony to enjoy a meal outside. And there’s throw blankets to cuddle up in. TAKE NOTE: to avoid locking yourself out on the balcony, be sure the glass sliding door handle is pulled DOWN (before closing) to stay unlocked, and pulled UP to stay locked. Washing machine and dryer (shared) are like new and clean WELL. Convenient clothes line in laundry room. Elevator is very convenient for luggage. Private parking a plus. Bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this outstanding apartment for a memorable stay! I would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Sepp!

Smart, very clean well equipped, modern apartment with beautiful views. Photos don't do it justice. Comfy beds, hot showers, fabulous covered balcony with outdoor dining table. Coop and Migros 5 mins away by car.

We were surprised in many ways when we came to this property. The square footage of the place is substantial, adding the spacious terrace makes it even more enjoyable. Then the gorgeous mountain- and lake views add to the great location. Everything was clean as well as practical and towels were also available. When we come back to lake Luzern, this is definitely The Place to stay.

Pre-arrival coordination via WhatsApp with Sepp went well. I received the code to the key holder adjacent to garage door #3 approximately one hour before our arrival. The key is used to open an elevator adjacent to garage #2 that took us to Apt 2 (Apt 2 key slot is the second from bottom of the four key slots). The elevator stopped at Apt 2 and the same key used for the elevator opens the apartment door. We walked in and found ourselves in a gorgeous, spacious apartment! The views of Lake Lucerne and Swiss Alps was incredible! Very large living, dining room and kitchen. Main bathroom is also expansive. The wrap-around patio deck is amazing – we strolled from one end to the other with a glass of wine taking in the incredible views. We used the oven to cook several meals – worked great. Everything in bathrooms worked perfectly. Heating is centrally controlled for the building, so no temperature controls in the apartment (ambient floor heating) - very comfortable throughout our stay. We used the clothing washing machine and dryer on floor below us (no cost) – both worked well. We also used the electric grill on the patio – steaks turned out nicely. This is an amazing unit – the views are unprecedented - sorry we only had five nights to enjoy it as it!

Best experience ever. What a gorgeous place with a spectacular view. Even better than advertised. The Appartement was super clean and very quiet. The place was well equipped with all the necessities. We loved it.
