Enjoy resort‑style amenities and easy beach access at Corolla Premier, a 4‑bedroom pet‑friendly home in the Mirage section of Corolla Light. Set on a quiet cul‑de‑sac directly across from the community Sports Center, this oceanside retreat puts indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and a short walking path to the beach all within minutes of your front door (around a 4‑minute walk to the Sturgeon Street access).
The reverse‑floorplan layout brings everyone together on the top level, where vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows create a bright, open great room. A comfortable living area flows into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, so the cook can stay part of the conversation while meals are prepared. Step outside to the upper sun deck to sip your morning coffee or relax in the evening breeze after a day at the beach or pool.
All four bedrooms are comfortably furnished and spread across the mid and lower levels, three with private ensuite baths for extra privacy and convenience. King beds in three rooms give adults plenty of space, while the pyramid bunk/queen combo is ideal for kids, cousins, or a small family. My family and I live a little over an hour and an half away, but in terms of environment it’s a world away. We decided to stay close for summer break, choosing Corolla for our mini getaway. The property was in good condition in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were nice, pool , community activities, short walking trail to the beach . We only used the trail as we spent our time outdoors . The outdoor pool was not yet open however it was nice to have the option for an indoor pool, it didn’t rain during our visit so we spent our time at the beach There were two hiccups, the front door key fab as it was in direct sunlight and covered in pollen . Me nor my husband could get it to work and we arrived after office hours . Luckily there was an additional side entrance we were able to access with no problems. The property also had an over abundance of spiders, which the property management team addressed immediately. The fact you can check in any day and not have to stay a complete week is also an excellent feature of the property . Price is fair and overall we feel satisfied that accommodation’s were worth the investment .

Location was great for us, easy walk to both ocean and sound. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Kitchen could use a new cookie sheet, but otherwise well equiped. Nice to have a full open pantry to store our food . Appreciate the starter package from Village Realty of dishwasing soap, sponge,soaps, paper towels and toilet paper. We'll be back next year.
