Summer, Winter: 5 persons apartment with an area of 60 m² comfort in nine Savoyard chalet, first floor with balcony, sunny, located 700 m from the town center and shops and 500 m from ski lifts .

Kitchen: The kitchen is separated from the living room by a storage 'bar'. Facilities include a mixed gas hob and electric, electric oven and extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stainless plunges two bins, cupboards, crockery, cutlery, cookware including coffee maker, pressure cooker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Living room: The door to the living room gives access to the sunny balcony, south west facing terrace with umbrella and chairs. In the living room we find the table, chairs, bench. The angle of the living room with TV and a bed 140cm (not convertible).
Bedroom: The cozy room has a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers. A Velux (roof window) with blackout curtains and the main window provide good brightness.
Bathroom: The bathroom is pleasantly illuminated by exterior windows. The bath with shower and shower screen provides a very significant comfort to the bathroom especially after a good day of skiing or hiking in the mountains. The sink and radiator complete the equipment of the bathroom. The toilets are independent.

Nice, clean apartment in quiet area. 10 minute walk to shops and town centre. With snow cover it is possible to ski in and out from just across the road and the blue retour de nante run is a 5 minute walk and has snow making canons. Great value apartment.

Although advertised as 500m from the lifts, snow permitting, you can walk 100m and traverse down to a pummel lift that joins the main run into town. Cutting off this run back to the chalet is also possible and therefore nearly ski in ski out! Very well equipped - heated ski boot locker and ski rack in the hall, plenty of parking and the offer of a garage if really cold, everything in the kitchen you need. Very clean and although a little dated an ideal find for a group of 4 adults. Probably need a car to nip down to the large supermarket in town but quiet location and although next door was also rented on the top floor you could not hear the neighbors. Jean-Claude on site and very accommodating and helpful. For the price this was a really good find and worked for us. Thank you Jean-Claude.

We stayed with jean or John for a week and found him very friendly and helpful, bearing in mind the cost of the stay we found it clean tidy and only a short walk to the slopes, we have stayed in a few places in Morzine and I will defeatedly be giving him a call next year

Fabulous little apartment. There were only two of us on this trip, but the apartment would be fine for four - it actually has 3 double beds but I think 6 people would be cosy with ski gear and luggage etc, but you could manage.
The decor is a bit dated but not a problem, it has everything you need, nice big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with a balcony and nice roomy bedroom.
About 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Pleney or Super Morzine lifts, depending how quickly you walk. There are lockers to rent in town if you don't want to walk in ski boots, or a ski room in the apartment.
The owner Mr Page is a thoroughly lovely gentleman, couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, fabulous apartment and very reasonable price.
