• Cleaning Fee: “An additional cleaning fee of $75 per stay will be charged for guests with pets.”
• Furniture Policy: “Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding.” An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if excessive pet hair is found on the bedding or furniture.

Very nice house in a good location near a big park that my daughter loved. House was clean and plenty of room for us. The host was great at communicating some questions we had before the trip. The only negative (and it’s not their fault at all!) is the proximity to the train tracks behind the house. If you are a light sleeper the train might impact your sleep, but we got used to it very quickly and it wasn’t a big deal for us!

The trains running by the house made it absolutely charming. And the park just steps away was a nice plus. The interior was immaculate and so well appointed. We will definitely return!
