Villa features modern design w/ 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, walk-in tile showers w/ glass doors. Sleeps 4-8. Features full kitchen with Bosch appliances, granite countertops & quartzite island bar. The Subway Villa is a 1472 sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.
The Subway Villa opened in June of 2020 as part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.
The Subway Villa features modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-8 guests.
It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.
The home features a brand new full size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.
The living room features a dining table, Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full size washer/dryer is included.
This unit also features a bonus/game room in the terrace level with a king sofa bed.

This was a fabulous location. Great pool and hot tub. Although we dined out every night, the kitchen was open and spacious. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

If you intend to visit Springdale to be close to the entrance to Zion National Park - and you need more room than a hotel with the convenience of cooking - then this is your best bet. Everything was super clean, kitchen equipment was there to make most any dish, and there were dishes for a comfortable 6-8 people if needed with a modern dishwasher. The local grocery is about a 10 min walk down the road, and Zion entrance a 5 min drive or 30 min walk. They even provide a propane grill outside that was very clean and easy to use!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Fave. The property was very clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Zion. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Zion.
