Hosts communication is very goood- response time was very fast. Beautiful location, walking distance to arroyo grande downtown shopping and food. My toddler loved the big tub. They have toys for the little too which was a huge plus.

Very adorable place for the weekend! The aesthetic was modern and very comfortable. Walkable to the village for shops and restaurants. Just a quick drive to the beach. Would stay again. House is fully stocked with everything you could need. Host provides excellent communication.

Nice place. Well appointed. Kitchen supplies are non existent - which is probably ok. Biggest issue is one of the bathrooms only has a tub without any way to shower without getting whole bathroom wet. Which effectively makes it a one bathroom unit

Photos of property looked good, but the attention to function and details was underwhelming. No closets, horrible lighting, no indoor table and chairs, and simple repairs not addressed. The front niche could be a great area instead of highchair, bench and sofa table. Marketed for two couples with children, not seniors.
