Located in Icon Brickell, the same building as the W Brickell Hotel, guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a large pool and on-site dining. The sleek kitchen features premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Situated in the heart of Brickell, just steps from top restaurants, shops, and nightlife an ideal choice for a modern, upscale stay.

Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours.

Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
ID VERIFICATION
Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer optional services through our trusted partners. These can be arranged after your booking is confirmed:

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)
• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.
• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.
CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM
• A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.
FOBS:
The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation.
Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
AMENITY ACCESS:
After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 4 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.
PARKING:
Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage:
• 0–1 hr: $13
• 1–4 hrs: $24
• 4–10 hrs: $30
• 10–24 hrs: $50
Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.
A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.
BATHROOM POLICY:
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

• No parties
• No pets
Violations will incur a $500 fee per incident.

Were given two key fobs , 1 worked the other we were given double d not work . According to security the key didn’t work because it was for a DIFFERENT UNIT

Very nice place. We absolutely loved the location and all that was available nearby. The views from the balconies were great. A few small items needed to be fixed. The toilet paper holder in the smaller bathroom only had one side, the other was nowhere to be found so the TP lived on the counter. There was coffee, but no sugar or creamer. We only stayed a couple of days, so buying it wasn't practical. Very nice place.

Check in was horrible I dont understand why you have to.check. In when its a vrbo and a 35 welcome fee for 2 bottles of water and hand soap and shampoo Unit was nice , could provide more towels and check out would be nice if it was 11 am Never told us what a hassle.it was to get into the pool never in my life not to mention the pool closes at 5You need to check in get an app have ids and take pics for 20.min in the pool Nice place over all Beautiful view
