We were traveling with 26 family and Friends to visit the villages of my grandparents. We rented two apartments, one was actually two apartments combined with two separate kitchens and living rooms and plenty of space to prepare meals and comfortably sit and visit. We had 18 in the large apartment on the 4th floor (9 bd/9 baths) and 8 in the smaller apartment on the 2nd floor (5 bd/5 baths). Everything was clean and we all had our own bathrooms, tv and AC controls in each room. Everyone was very happy with the stay and had zero complaints which is rare with such a large group. The property management was very responsive and always friendly and helpful from start to finish. They met us for a walkthrough on arrival and explained everything except where to put the garbage, which we later found the city receptacles closer to the gas station across the street. There’s a small elevator for no more than 3 but it worked out perfectly for our elderly travelers. The garage below easily fit our 2 vans and 3 small SUV’S at an additional daily rate. The apartments are easily walking distance to the shopping, restaurants and water tours (except for the 3 who were over 85). There were also great restaurants, a bakery, and a market nearly next door. There was already talk of returning to this same location in the future. You won’t regret it!

Cet appartement est juste incroyable. Nous y avons vécu à 15 collègues de travail durant 5 jours et ce fut très agréable. De très grandes pièces de vie et une salle de bain/toilettes par chambre, c'est idéal dans cette situation.
L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le linge de lit et de maison est fourni, et les courses du petit déjeuner sont déjà sur place à l'arrivée.
L'emplacement dans la ville est parfait, à 20mn à pied de la Ribeira mais les environs proches sont peu sexy.
L'accueil sur place fût sympathique, et les relations avec l'agence, en amont, très aisées.
Un système afin de faire sécher les serviettes de bain, le crochet ne permet pas de le faire correctement
