Good location. Great amenities. Downfall, pool confusion with no wristbands on property and host contact information not up to date when questions were needed answered.

Nice accomadations. The contact information for Tammy is incorrect. We had difficulty in trying to extend our stay.

The complex and the unit itself was nice. We did have a couple of issues. The cable TV in the living room had “no signal.” I ended up spending a significant amount of time getting the TV to work. Someone had disconnected a cable between the cable modem and wi-fi router. I was finally able to troubleshoot the issue by rebooting the receiver, cable modem and wi-fi router to get a signal and get stations to load. We also had a hot water valve that leaked badly when open so we were only able to turn on the hot water before showering and then had to turn it off after showering. The valve had a slow leak even in the off position so we had to place a large bowl under the faucet to catch the water. I had to empty the bowl several times a day. I left voice messages and sent an email to the property owner explaining the issues and never received a response. I also notified Evolve of the issues.
