This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Good cleaning state of the property. The zone is a little far away from the centre but is quiet and calm, with a shopping center in front. Recommend it if you bear in mind that you'll have to take the bus for accessing the centre

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a guesthouse in the center of Porto, and it was an amazing experience. The guesthouse was conveniently located close to Casa da Música and the Mercado, which made exploring the local area a breeze.
The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The checking process was simple and hassle-free, which made my arrival a stress-free experience.
The guesthouse itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The common areas of the guesthouse were also very inviting, with a communal kitchen and lounge area that were perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers.
One of the highlights of my stay was the location of the guesthouse. It was close to the Mercado, which is full of delicious restaurants and cafes, and Casa da Música, which is a must-see attraction in Porto.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this guesthouse. The communication, cleanliness, and easy checking process were all excellent, and the location couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Porto.
