Your small holiday home is furnished with charm and is located on the edge of the Haard in Oer-Erkenschwick. The historic town center with its 870-year-old church is only a few minutes' walk away.
The house is an ideal base for cycling and hiking in the Haard Nature Park. Wellness can be enjoyed in the Maritimo, just a few minutes away, or in the Jammertal valley with its golf course attached.
The nearby Mietpferdestation offers horseback riding tours through the Haard. Local produce can be purchased from the local organic farmer, Theos Farm, or at the Biological Station.
The popular lake Silbersee II, as well as the Halterner reservoir and the marina Flaesheim are also only a few kilometers away.

The inviting cottage offers about 45 square meters of living space to feel comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people.

For cyclists we offer secure parking directly at the house. Pets are allowed on request.
