📌 Unless otherwise noted, the rates shown are for 5 suites. Max 2 guests per suite.
📌 Guests select their preferred suites prior to arrival by completing a suite selection form. During the orientation call, we review the form, confirm your guest count, suite selection, travel needs, concierge contacts, and answer any additional questions to ensure a seamless experience.
📌Guests are responsible for their own food, groceries, and drinks, plus any applicable shopping or credit card processing fees.
📌 A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. The deposit is held or charged before arrival and automatically released after checkout, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
📌 Do you provide baby equipment, cots or rollaway beds? We do not keep baby equipment or rollaway beds on site, but they can be arranged through the concierge for a nominal fee.

We spent a fantastic week at Villa Primrose. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The villa was beautifully appointed and a wonderful spot for our family of eight. The staff were exceptional and accommodating to our every need. We would highly recommend this stay when in Puerto Vallarta!

Our stay at Villa Primrose was a fantastic experience. We were there with my children and grandchildren to celebrate my 65th birthday. Alexa our concierge made our arrival process from the airport very easy and welcoming.Fidel our bartender (and all around if you need something he will get it for you guy) made sure we all had a good time. My grandchildren loved his strawberry non alcoholic daiquiri!Jordan our chef was top level, every dish he made was out of this world, everyone’s favorite was his coconut shrimp and tortilla soup!Claudia the houskeeper and Ramon the maintenance guy kept the Villa in pristine shape.Would definitely stay there again!

Me and my group of friends had a very special week at Villa Primrose. The property is lively with amazing views and the staff was top notch. Chef prepared some very memorable meals. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our group of 9. We had 5 adults and 4 kids, ranging from 7-14 years old, and everyone was thrilled. The property is amazing, the view is gorgeous, the staff was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful property. We hope to be back soon
