HOUSE RULES
•Do not contact the leasing office for any reason. While we operate legally and with the building's permission, we're fully responsible for taking care of our guest. Please reach out to us for anything you need.
* No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.
(Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside.
* No Shoes inside the property.
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
* No Extra/ Overnight Guests.
(Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Guests must provide a photo ID as part of our verification steps
* No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

* No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps.
•Unauthorized gatherings, parties, and smoking (indoors or on the balcony) are strictly prohibited to maintain the peace of our quiet, family community. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement.
* Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host.
•Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in.
* The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
* The guest acknowledges having read that older or renovated properties may show signs of wear and tear.

My daughter and I live and work in the area. We just needed a rental while our apartment was being worked on. The property is cool. Love the location. The Google fiber internet was super glitchy? Kinda glad I haven’t gotten it…

Our host responded quickly to our issue of no Internet connection due to inaccurate PW and IP address. We tried all combinations and unable to connect during our stay. . Apt was clean but is alot smaller than pictures appear . Apt walls are very thin and we could hear everything above and beside us . Resident above were moving stuff across the floor at 3 AM!!!. Dumpster pick up at 11:45 PM and 4 AM very loud. . Not convenient to have to to have to register car every 24 hrs. Also extra 35 had to be added to final payment at end for damage to deposit vs 500 with review at end of stay by host. Also W&D outside on small deck. Unit is very small with barely room to pass anyone in open space. It is an older place that has been updated. A plus was it was close to good restaurants in walking distance.
