Newly built beautiful spacious 1100 square feet apartment in Rye Beach with private entrance and across from very desirable Jenness Beach. Large living and kitchen area with all new appliances, granite, wood floors. Queen sofa pullout in living area. Separate bedroom with King bed. Full bathroom with granite and large walk in shower. Private balcony off Master with views of the ocean and eel pond. Outdoor shower and private entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the property to be well appointed and accurate to the description provided. Host was on top of communication and provided seamless check in information. The property is uniquely located for beaches, mid/northern New Hampshire and Maine. Great amenities, including beach access across the street. Highly recommend!

From the moment I entered the driveway I knew this was going to be a special place! The landscaping, pavers, and gardens were absolutely beautiful! I was met by the host who immediately made me feel at ease and welcomed. Upon entering the property I was floored by the design, functionality, and quality of the craftsmanship! Vaulted ceilings with perfect lighting guided you through this spacious carriage house. Surprises around every corner! A unique table top seating area, office space with closable barn door connecting into the master bedroom! And deck off master bedroom with seating and a grill!! From here you had your choice of ocean views or a spectacular marshy preserve! A beautiful beach awaits you across the road! Not a mob scene like other nearby beaches but a perfect blend of families and quiet beach walkers. Beach chairs, towels and even a surfboard are provided for the more adventurous guests! Bari and Michael represent the best of what is out there for Air B&B/VRBO hosts: They put great care into everything they do from the house and how it is perfectly appointed to the communication and service they provide! I told all my friends and family this is a 10 star home and location!!!! Twice as good as any Air B&B I have ever attended! For an even better experience book midweek like I did and avoid the crowds! Great dates are still available and they will not last long! Planning your 2026 summer vacation Now…This is THE place to be!!!
