Adjacent to the Park City Golf Course and winter cross-country ski trail, this spacious 1,400-square-foot retreat is just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Park City's free city-wide bus system.

This two-level Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining and living area, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide space and privacy for families or small groups. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Guests will also enjoy relaxing in the brand-new living room furnishings, including a new couch and loveseat that elevate the comfort and style of the space.

One of the standout features of this home is the private hot tub located in the outdoor atrium courtyard, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. Please note that during the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated by default but can be activated for an additional fee with advance notice—just contact our Guest Services office to arrange.

Park Avenue #224-1689 also includes complimentary year-round Wi-Fi and carport parking. As part of the Park Avenue Condominiums, this Park City lodging option includes access to a host of shared community amenities: a year-round hot tub and dry heat sauna, seasonal heated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), changing facilities with showers, and on-site coin-operated laundry.

Park Avenue #224-1689 is a non-smoking property. The owner may consider one dog for monthly rentals during the Summer and Fall seasons on a case-by-case basis—please contact our Guest Services office for potential approval and details. Pets are not permitted for nightly stays or during the winter season.

Guests check in via our "Direct to Condo" process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping services are not included but are available for purchase with advance notice by contacting our Guest Services office at least two weeks before your stay.
