The option of private boat dock was excetional. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of space to spread out.

The house inside was just fine, the appliances worked well and there was plenty of sleeping options.
The outside was in need of serious maintenance including an exterminator and cleanup.
The major drawback was that the pool didn't work! We rented this property based on the pool and missing that the overall rating dropped.
Any chance for a rebate based on a incorrect listing?
