Amazing rustic country home located on 20 peaceful and private acres, 8 miles from town! This home was beautifully renovated a few years ago, and managed to stay one with nature yet keeping the modern comforts essential for your next stay in the Texas Hill Country.

The house was very clean. Exelent location for peace and quiet. Very spacious. The pictures shown on the site don't do it justice.Its quiet and out in the country. But close enough to Fredericksburg for it not to be a long trip to go to town.10 out of 10 definitely would stay again when I'm in the area.

This was a great getaway for us. The house lacked nothing. For us the beds were too high so we made use of the recliner and sofa…slept great.Loved watching the deer, cotton tails, birds and two grey foxes! We hope to return in the fall.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches in every room. Everything was spotless and cozy. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Seeing the wildlife from the back porch was entertaining! From start to finish, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. We're already planning our return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect home-away-from-home.
The only negative about the stay was that the icemaker and water dispenser in the refrigerator did not work so if you're planning on coming stop for ice and water otherwise the kitchen is well stocked!

This home is beautiful, spotless, comfortable & private. The large deck out back is perfect. We saw several deer, morning & evenings, squirrels, lizards, hummingbirds, cardinals, a lg fox and even a wild pig. Everything we needed and then some was provided. This was a much needed trip & the host did not disappoint! Thank you for sharing this home with us, we did not want to leave.
