Beautiful and brand new renovated house with open floor plan, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath, ideal for families, friends or work travel. House is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, kitchen supplies, iron, iron board, hair dryer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee and teas are also included to enjoy during breakfast or any time.
Close to main highways (635 & I-30) 10 minutes from Arboretum and White Rock Lake, 15 minutes from Dallas Downtown.
Open space fully renovated 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, close to main highways, fenced backyard and Kitchen with all you need. Enjoy at home with family, friends and pets.
I will be attentive to any questions or help you might need during your stay.
Pets are welcome, there will be a one time $50 fee per pet for the stay.

⦁ No parties or events ($500 penalty)
⦁ Pets are welcome, pet fee $50
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ Little or no noise after 10:00 pm.
⦁ NO SMOKING inside the house under any circumstances. A fee of $500 will be charged
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ SMOKE is allowed OUTDOORS! (Pickup cigarette butts)
⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police will come a $150 fee will be charge Cooking Rules No fry foods, turmeric, or curry. Is very hard to get rid of the smells ($200 fee)
⦁ Surveillance or recording devices on property, host has installed (1) security cameras outside only, by the front door. -Please do not have extra people to sleep other than what you made the reservation for otherwise you will be charge a penalty of $50 per person per night
GARBAGE RULES
⦁ If have more than 80gal of garbage (this is what trash can holds) $100 fee will be charge
⦁ Garbage truck pass every Monday and Thursday mornings try to take it out the same day early or late night the day before.

⦁ Sofas are not for the pets. Is really hard to get rid of pet's hair

We rented this house on a last-minute visit to Dallas to find a place for our son, who is moving to Plano. This property was very convenient. It was easy to get to, it was clean, and the owners were very kind and communicative. It was perfect for our large family to spread out for a long weekend.

House was rented for a thanksgiving getaway for family. Had some quirks that needed to be sorted out and some repairs that probably needed to be done, and the floors despite looking very clean got everyone dirty. But it was a fine place to spend the holiday with family and I hope other people enjoy it as well.The host is very clear about the process, which we appreciated.

This was a great stay the property was nice and well kept the area was very peaceful and friendly the host andrea was very accommodating and kept in contact with me throughout my stay to assure a great trip. I definitely recommend booking here its a great home with a nice yard its located near tons of different places to see and eat i cant stress enough how perfect this stay was thank you andrea for going beyond what was necessary to give us a great experience
