Recently remodeled with high end touches such as a gourmet kitchen with island/beverage center, master bedroom/bathroom suite (w/bidet and double shower), private backyard with hot tub. Close to Seneca park, Frankfort Avenue, and I-64. You’ll love this cozy cottage and all it s amenities--it s the perfect home for bourbon themed or wedding weekends.

Very comfortable spaces with 3 living rooms, private master suite/office/bath, chefs designer kitchen with island, bar stools, beverage center, slide out microwave, granite counters, stainless appliances.
