About this apartment rental
You will enjoy this snazzy remodeled condo. A perfect place to enjoy your desert get away! Fully furnished ground floor condo entrance with all the comforts of home, including Wifi, 4 Smart TVs, pool, hottub, and private outdoor grill. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. You will enjoy the beautiful decor throughout and convenient location close to ASU and freeway access.
The space
The condo has a modern look and is tastefully decorated with new furnishings throughout. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Enjoy a cookout on the large patio. There is very convenient parking right outside the door of your condo. The condo has its own washer and dryer for your use. The second bedroom is downstairs and has 2 twin beds with another Smart TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs: The king bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Smart TV. Also upstairs is a loft with a futon and Smart TV.
The complex has a sparkling community pool and hot tub.
Fabulous location- grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, and countless fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale(13 min), downtown Phoenix(17 min), and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport(10 min), also just a short 7 minute drive to ASU. Close to the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Hole in the Rock hiking, the Desert Botanical Gardens, and Rio Salado Park.
There will be a $400 refundable damage deposit added to all bookings.

Our stay in this condo was great. The property was very clean and well cared for. The host at this property was so kind as we had had an issue with another property that we had booked several months earlier. She was wonderful to get us out of a hotel and into her property quickly. We truly appreciated all she did for us. The location was great here as well. Close to anything and everything you might want in this area. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to book a stay in the Phoenix area.

We stayed for a month. Would recommend it was a beautiful condo in a great location!! Only minutes from downtown and the night life on Mill Ave! Property manager was very nice and responded fast whenever we needed her.
