Enter on Sea Gull Condo 407's travertine stone floors to see a jaw-dropping view of the Gulf of Mexico and “bird's eye” view of the pelican line. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental has a remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen of stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. It opens to the living room with a bar of 4 bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen has a Mr. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric can opener. The dining room table seats 6 guests comfortably. The living area has a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, a lap-top computer desk area, and fold-out love-seat sofa for a double bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a fold-out twin-bed ottoman and flat-screen TV. Its private bathroom has walk-in shower, extra closet, and seated vanity area with a lighted make-up mirror. The view was amazing, beach was clean, the condo itself was very clean and nice.
Construction was ongoing during our stay to replace wooden railings with steel ones. They made sure to include that in every communication as well as be clear that work would only take place from 10am to 4pm. They stayed true to that.
One of the elevators needed maintenance during our stay but it was fixed overnight and working again by the next morning.
If you pay for a canopy, they get set up at 10, but if you're out on the beach earlier than that, the workers are super kind, quick, and accommodating. We never asked, but they would see that we were in a spot where a tent should go, politely ask us if we had reserved one, and then pop it up for us super quick before getting back to the rest of their work.
This will become a yearly trip for us. It was perfect.
Nothing beats being able to go straight from your condo, onto a boardwalk, and right out onto the beach!

Had a great time staying at the Sea Gull condos. The unit worked out perfectly for my family. Great view of the Gulf. The canopys provided by the condos make it easy to enjoy the beach and have some shade.
