Unit 003 - Saint Germain des Près - 1 bedroom apartment

This apartment is in the best location! Very close to metro stations, and walkable to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Notre Dame (we averaged 20k steps a day) and lots of restaurants just downstairs. There is a small kitchen that made the mornings easy when we had to head out early to visit Versailles and Disney. Includes a washer and dryer, but know that European dryers are more for looks than drying - open the window and use the drying rack to actually dry your clothes! The building it is in so old - we guessed 17th century - which is super cool to stay in. The rooms are much smaller than what you have in the US. We had three people (2 adults and a child) and it was fine, but I think it would be cramped to add the fourth person. We would definitely stay here again - it was clean and comfortable!

Ideal location for almost everything. Close grocery stores and wine shop right below.

Excellent location - well equipped apartment. We loved our stay here (11 days). Highly recommend as it is excellent value!

Host was friendly and helpful.The apt. Was very clean and dust free, with lots of amenities and hot water.The tv was rather small and not a tv but rather a Computer monitor. Very fast internet connection.The place was a bit on the small side, perfect for a couple but might put a strain on a couple with children.Would we stay there again, yes.
