1 Bedroom unit with off-street parking. Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. The lounge room has a TV, DVD player & ceiling fans, located 2 minutes from The Entrance Surf Life Saving Club and spectacular water views,

Just a walk down the hill along the boardwalk to the heart of The Entrance to Veras Water Garden and daily Pelican Feeding.

The complex is located approximately 50m to beach, with pool and wading pool, BBQ sun deck & games room.
