The apartment is located on Alte Schulstraße, in the historic center of Borkum, not far from the train station. The apartment is on the first floor. Its exceptionally quiet location is enhanced by the “Red Zone,” a traffic-calmed area restricted to all cars. Particularly noteworthy are the short distances to the North Beach (about an 8-minute walk), to the train station (about a 3-minute walk), and to the shopping street with the supermarket and bakery (Strandstraße) (about a 3-minute walk).
The garden, which features a beach chair, and a laundry room are available for shared use.
