Sleep in Luxury: Retreat to the second floor featuring Stearns & Foster mattresses and plush, premium bedding in both the King and Queen bedrooms.
Clean, Coastal Bathroom: First floor bathroom featuring tiled shower and fully stocked bathroom essentials.
The Four-Seasons Room: Our favorite spot in the house! Enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine in this custom-designed space filled with large windows.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a dedicated coffee/tea station, and a large dining table perfect for family board games or locally sourced meals.
Trundle Bedroom: First floor trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

Step out onto your back patio, equipped with a BBQ grill and comfortable lounge seating.

🚂A Note on the Vibe: We are located in a vibrant residential neighborhood. While you’ll enjoy total privacy, you may occasionally hear the nostalgic whistle of the local train. We provide white noise machines in every room to ensure your slumber is peaceful.

🏡🏡There is an additional short term rental at the property. Each unit is completely separate and there is no shared living space. The lower level outdoor space is reserved for guests of this rental only.

The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.
The fireplaces at the Pewaukee Lake House are not functional.
The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
The garage is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The property was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the Keurig with K-Cups and tea options! Thoughtful touches and great communication made this a five-star experience. We would definitely stay here again.
