GREENWOOD is located only 2 minutes from Port Sandfield, just past the Lake Joe Golf Course. Follow the long secluded driveway to a beautiful private Muskoka Cottage and 3-slip boathouse with gorgeous rooftop accommodations. Big water open views of Lake Joseph to the left and to the right. Enjoy an early morning kayak journey down quiet Cumberland Bay. Or, 3 minutes to Lake Joe Golf Club for golf or dining. Within 10 minutes, choose from the many dining options at JW Marriott, or perhaps a book a much needed relaxing spa day with friends.
PROPERTY
GREENWOOD offers sun all day on the deck with many fun toys to while the day away including kayaks and an aqua lily. Large wrap-around upper level deck and lower level boathouse dock. Nearby access to boathouse accommodations for lunch or reading a quiet book in the living room!
If there is too much sun on the dock, just head up to the Muskoka Room in the Boathouse for cocktail hour in a lovely screened-in room with a great breeze surrounded on all sides by water. Refreshments a step away in the boathouse kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink.
Privacy abound! 900 feet of frontage and so yet so close to the amenities by boat or car to the village of Port Sandfield for grocery shopping or your morning cappuccino or your afternoon ice-cream cone. Browse in the Marina store while you are filling up your boat with gas.

All level land, an easy walk along a path to the main cottage brings you to a 3 bedroom cottage with main floor primary and ensuite and another king bedroom with separate bathroom. Large open concept living room with dining for 10 people and walkout to a deck overlooking the lake with patio furniture. The lower level has a large sitting room and walk out to the lakeside. Lots of private land for walking and exploring.
