Luxurious Lewes Retreat with Private Saltwater Pool – Just Minutes from the Beach with Game Room
Experience the ultimate getaway in our charming yet spacious home located in beautiful Lewes, Delaware. Nestled on Sand Dune Drive, our residence is a mere 4 minutes from Lewes Beach and conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
This elegant two-story home, complete with an unfinished basement, features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for family and friends.
The highlight of the property is the private saltwater pool, which boasts walk-in entry steps and captivating lighting, perfect for enjoying a swim day or night. The outdoor area is an entertainer’s dream, with a screened-in porch, BBQ for cooking up your favorite meals and a game of corn hole for some friendly competition.
First Floor:
Master Suite: Relax in the luxurious master bedroom suite, featuring a King bed, a desk for work or reading, a large dresser, two nightstands, and a suitcase stand. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, his and her vanities, and a separate water closet.
Guest Bedrooms: The first floor also offers three additional bedrooms for guests. One bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, share a bathroom equipped with two sinks, ample cabinet space, a bathtub, and a toilet. Each bedroom has access to closets, dressers, nightstands, and suitcase racks, with all rooms including televisions.
Living Spaces: The open floor plan features a spacious living room and an adjacent kitchen with a raised island and barstools. The dining area includes a coffee bar with a starter setup for your enjoyment. A sliding glass door leads to the screened-in porch with a patio table for dining or relaxing, which in turn opens up to the stunning saltwater pool and a large patio area with outdoor seating and lounge chairs. A laundry room off the kitchen is available for your use, complete with a cooler and beach chairs. Board games and puzzles are also provided in the living room closet.

Additional Living Space: A second living room provides extra space for guests to gather or watch TV. It includes two full-size beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub for convenience.
Additional Bedroom: Off the common area, you’ll find another Queen bedroom with a dresser, nightstand, and television.
Basement:
Entertainment Area: Challenge family or friends to a round of pool or air hockey in the basement’s unfinished space. This area is perfect for lounging and enjoying indoor games and entertainment.

Enjoy access to the entire house with private parking and complimentary WiFi.
Linens provided include bedding for each bed and one towel set per person (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth).

Q1 – What stood out?What stood out most were the amenities, especially the wide variety of games and the thoughtfully designed basement space that allowed everyone—adults, kids, and even a 1-year-old—to be engaged at the same time. The home felt welcoming and “like coming back home,” with special touches such as extra bedding, comfortable seating for both playing and watching, and activities that encouraged family connection and fun throughout the stay.

This house was amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool and the game room. There was something to do for all ages. The house is very well kept and the accommodations are outstanding. The hosts were very accessible and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be going back next summer.

Massive house, great for multiple couples, families, and singles. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very private and secluded but a close drive to commercial areas. The pool was so luxurious, we had everything we needed. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend.
