The Chestnut Studio is a lakefront retreat at Presidential Mountain Resort, a historic 250-acre property in Bethlehem, NH. Designed for two adults, it`s one of the most romantic settings at the resort — with the king-sized bed and private porch both positioned for unobstructed lake views.
Exposed trusses and warm interiors give the open-concept space a distinctive rustic character. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle — complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and tea stocked on arrival. A comfortable sofa and smart TV with Roku round out the space for cozy evenings in.
Resort amenities include direct lake access, barrel sauna, fire pit, playground, nature trails, and seasonal bike and boat rentals. On-site massages available with advance booking.
Minutes from Franconia Notch, Bretton Woods, Cannon, Loon, Mount Washington, and the Kancamagus Highway. One mile off I-93 at Exit 40. Exclusive guest discounts at local dining, ski rentals, and the Colonial Theatre.

This is our second year back staying at the same cabin and we can’t wait to come again! It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Very close to some of our favorite restaurants and central to all of the outdoor activities. The host was super friendly and made it such a special weekend.
