About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Located just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín de la Torre and a twenty-minute drive from the historic center of Malaga, this house is the perfect choice for a group of 6 people who want to rest, without giving up the possibility of discovering the charms of the Costa del Sol.
The cozy interior area of the house has a living room with television with Google Chromecast and fireplace, a reading room with a wood stove and a fully equipped independent kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay without missing anything.
The house has fiber optic internet, 300 MB speed.
The house's six guests can rest in the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share the use of the second bathroom in the house, with a bathtub.
The bedrooms are opened according to the number of people who reserve the house. To open the third bedroom, you will have to pay the price for 6 people.
The three bedrooms, the reading room and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.
The outdoor area has a porch with an outdoor table, where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Steps connect the porch to the patio with pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor dining area, shaded by a tree. The house also has a portable barbecue.
Please note that the pool will only be available from May 1 to October 31.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. may have a late check-in supplement.

The house is fully equipped and very clean. There's a lovely outdoor pool and plenty of space around it. You'll need a car to explore the surrounding area.

We were there for one week end of februari. The location is lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoying the kids to play in the big garden. Carlos the host and owner of the place is very kind and helpfull. He picked us up at the meeting point and told Isala about what we had to know.

Wir waren 2 1/2 Wochen in Alhaurin im Ferienhaus von Carlos. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Das Haus war tip top sauber und der Garten mit dem schönen Pool war sehr geflegt. 3 mal in der Woche kommt ein Gärtner und kümmert sich um die Anlage. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Alhaurin, in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt , Apotheke und eine Tankstelle. Die Entfernung zum Strand und den Touristenstädten wie Torremolinos und Benalmadena liegen ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Flughaben Malaga erreicht man in 15 Minuten. Ein Auto ist schon erforderlich. Carlos der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Er lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir baten bei Buchung uns den Pool noch offen zu halten und unser Wunsch wurde erfüllt, sodass wir trotz der niedrigen Wassertemperaturen den
Pool noch nutzen konnten. Als Gastgeschenk gab es leckere Mandarinen
aus eigenem Garten und im Kühlschrank stand Wasser.
Carlos gab uns auch den Tipp für die Wandertour auf dem Caminito del Rey. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber unbedingt vorab buchen und am Besten mit einer Führung.
Wir würden zu jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen und wünschen Carlos weiterhin viel Freude
mit der Vermietung.
