**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

Wonderful house for 3 couples. Well equipped. Wish it had a pool, rating would have been off the charts. A/C in one bedroom was a bit stuffy, needs a vent and return in the small bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, great wildlife and perfect for biking. The property managers were very responsive and communicated throughout our stay. Thank you for a very memorable vacation, we would definitely stay here again…

The house was sooo clean, so well maintained,
and so well stocke, that we were very impressed and beyond pleased!
There were 5 of us and we stayed 5 days; literally not one of us had a single complaint.
We were called to see how our stay was, so communication was not lacking!
The pics online were not at all misleading. All linens provided incl many beach towels!
We were COMPLETELY SATISFIED and would return!

This was a girls trip and our first trip to HHI. We couldn't be any happier with this location! We chose this house because it appeared roomy and had plenty of seating in the family room for movie nights. One of our prerequisites is a TV in all the bedrooms (4 smart TVs in all was a plus for our group). Beds were quite comfortable (sofa not so much). Plenty of seating in the dining room but really could use more cushions (hard seating) and the bench is very wobbly. Kitchen was stocked well but could have used more than 2 dish towels and 1 dish cloth, and you have to bring your own beach towel (a beach towel is the last thing I want to pack for a flight). We had a couple of questions and the property manager was responsive. For the most part, this worked for our group and was the perfect location!
