the house was lovely. we felt since there was a housekeeper charge the beds should have been made the hot tub wouldn't stay hot

Dirty under beds. No welcome letter with information about the place in unit. Hot tub didn’t get hot. What the description said about the golf cart being one price for weekend isn’t the case with the rental agency. They charge more than what’s listed. Overall it was ok. For what the cleaning fee was we shouldn’t have had to make
