The home was built around the terrain, so whether you are relaxing on the deck, making s’mores by the fire pit, or simply standing in the kitchen, expect to be surrounded by scenery. 2.6 miles to the closest boat ramp Seibold and 3.8 miles from waterfront boat ramp.

This property is beautiful. You can view Gunthersville lake from inside the home as well as on the spacious deck. The house is immaculate. It felt like home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked. The host provided detailed instructions and resources for activities/restaurants in the area. The host was available before and during my stay; responding promptly when I needed to contact her. I highly recommend.

Inside was comfortable and clean. I love it and will be back. The lower deck on the back is beginning to rot. It rained and became slick from algae build up. Same issue on the cement ramp in the front. The chairs outside hadn't been cleaned in a long time.I only mention these things because I can't imagine booking another place on Lake Guntersville. It is gorgeous. The kitchen was amazing. The matresses were so comfortable! If available, I'd give a 4.9! What a wonderful place! Will be back!
