About this house rental
In the heart of the main courtyard of a 16th century residence, come and stay in this holiday home. Enjoy its warm interior with a family home decoration.
Located in the town of Labastide-Murat in which you will find all amenities; close to the motorways and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot and the Dordogne.
The accommodation
On the first floor of three rooms, you will discover a private cinema room of 54 m² with a 120-inch 4K UHD screen, you can connect USB keys, enjoy Amazon Prime video included or Netflix not included thanks to a wifi 6 network, not to mention the classic TV with 220 channels, YouTube, Rakuten TV... To complete the first floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and all the cleaning equipment as well as toilets.
With the help of the wooden stairs you will access the 45 m² living room bathed in light in which you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all the utensils you will need to treat your family or friends around a large farmhouse table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
A corridor leads to the bedrooms, starting with a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90*190), then a second bedroom with a double bed (200*140) and a wardrobe. A bathroom with massage shower, finally at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed (200*140) and an office area ideal for teleworking; then comes the bathroom and shower room, private to the bedroom, composed of a large shower and a bathtub.
The accommodations are heated via a central heating system and the hot water is heated by electric cumulus tanks.
The outdoors are not to be outdone, you can walk in a park of more than 9 hectares in which you will find garden furniture.
You will also be able to come with horses that can be put in the fenced meadow at 1.4 m, more information on this subject on request.
