The proximity to Walt Disney World (20-30 minutes) and Universal Studios & SeaWorld (30-40 minutes) makes it an ideal choice for a pool home rental. Furthermore, the villa is surrounded by a nice conservation area, allowing you to enjoy encounters with friendly wildlife.
As this is our own holiday home, we have furnished it to a high standard, as evident in the pictures. It stands out from your average Orlando or Kissimmee holiday home, as attested by our satisfied guests and their reviews on Trip Advisor. They often describe it as "one of the best villas to rent in Doral Woods and the Orlando area." We constantly strive to enhance our villa's features, regularly adding new items. The extended pool deck area includes a hot tub/spa and a 55" flat-screen TV with a cinema surround sound system. Play Stations and games are also available for entertainment.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely rent again. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very private back yard, well stocked kitchen, and roomy. Great stay!

Dolphin Villa was exceptional in all areas. It was great to stay close to all of the attractions but just enough away to be very quite and relaxing.

This is NOT a luxury villa. The pictures are misleading and not up to date. I’m even reluctant to rate it a 3 star. It is very “tired” looking. The bedding, pillows are stained (disgusting) towels have stains, the fans were so full of dust the manager had to come and clean them all so we could actually use them. My husband actually had to climb on our bed and clean the one in the master suite so we could use it the first night. Maybe it’s a cleaning staff issue, but the room doors, kitchen/bathroom cupboard where everyone touches were disgusting so much so I had to scrub them because I couldn’t stand touching them everyday. Pool heat was refunded by owner as we could not use it or the hot tub (only able to use 6 days out of 3 weeks). We were aware that the pool heat would shut down due to extreme cold weather but the hot tub should have been useable during our entire stay. It’s 20 years old and although running, didn’t maintain the heat due to thermal cover missing, which the property manager managed to clean up and tape up (still in poor condition) and put on for the last 5 days of our stay. I have lots of pictures of things that in my opinion makes this barely a 3 star. The owner told me this was his personal vacation property, so not sure why this is even on VRBO. Phil the manager tried his best to accommodate and that was appreciated.
