This lakefront home doesn’t disappoint – whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation.
The property offers 160' of direct waterfront on crystal-clear Kolelemook Lake in the Sunapee watershed.
Take advantage of the proximity to winter adventures. The house is 20 mins from ski resorts, x-country skiing, snow shoe trails, snow tubing. Optimal snowmobile location with several primary and secondary trails right down the street.

Snow on the ground? You have your own personal sledding hill and ice skating rink!
The open floor plan connects to 3 bedrooms with 5 total beds, sleeping 8 people comfortably.
The completely remodeled interior boasts stainless appliances, including an electric fireplace, dishwasher, and front load washer/dryer.
Fabulous restaurants in the towns of Sunapee and New London are less than 10 minutes away, while the Town of Lebanon provides convenient shopping only several minutes down the road. Jump quickly onto Rt 89 m … 90 minutes from Boston.

We have visited this lake several times and we really love it, this was our first time at this property, and we had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around, lots of boats to take out on the lake. It was very clean and very convenient. This property was an awesome place to unplug for a couple of days.

Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and boundless activities! We took a boat onto the lake. The property had paddles and lifejackets available (including a toddler size). There were supplies for cooking and laundry machines available for our clothes! Additionally, New London was a short drive away (12 minutes). We visited Dartmouth/Hanover which was 30-35 minutes away.The host answered all our questions and was friendly and accomodating! I highly recommend this home for a family getaway.
