We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had plenty of space and TVs in every room! It is located kind of close to a sketchy area of Dayton, but we did not feel unsafe. Lance was very responsive to any issues, and check-in was easy. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the grill since it's
specifically referenced in the listing. We took advantage of pets being permitted with a fee and use of the back e

Kitchen and Bathroom were very clean and the hosts stocked the house with a lot of non perishable snacks and food items. Communication with them was great. Only downsides were that the house was darker than the pictures make you believe and the upstairs does get hot and takes some time to cool it down. Downstairs the A/C worked great. The backyard is fully fenced and mostly private. I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching our dogs play.
