The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional outdoor toilet. In addition, a cozy en-suite apartment offers its own kitchen, bathroom, and living area, making it ideal for those seeking extra independence within the group.
The home is thoughtfully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Step outside and enjoy your private outdoor spaces, including an open terrace, a shaded terrace, and a barbecue area—perfect for long summer evenings.
Ideally located, the harbor and some of Porto Petro’s dining options are just a 5-minute walk away. Public transport is also easily accessible on foot, and free street parking is available nearby.

Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower.
The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner.
The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough.
I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca.

Pros: Die netten Vermieter, welche über einem wohnen und kaum wahr zu nehmen sind, waren klasse.
Die Lage im Ort ist super, mit etwas Sonne und Schatten, Fußläufig zum Hafen und ganz ruhig, mit einer tollen Aussendusche ;-)
Die Küche ist mit Salz- Pfeffer usw gut ausgestattet ...
