We recently stayed at this beautiful lake for our vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! The setting was serene, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The amenities were top-notch—everything we could have possibly needed was provided. From water sports equipment to cozy outdoor seating areas, the property had it all. The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep after a day of fun. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure our stay was perfect. We can't wait to return next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this quintessential family lake house. The property perfectly balances the charm of a traditional lake house with modern conveniences that make the stay comfortable for families. The house is spacious, easily accommodating our group of 5 adults and 5 children.
The large dining area and living room provided plenty of space for family meals and activities with beautiful lake views. The lower level provided additional hangout and sleeping space with game table, bar, TV, desk area, and pullout couch. A/C and fans throughout the house kept us comfortable even on the hottest days. While there is only one indoor shower, the enclosed outdoor shower with hot water worked great!
One of the standout features is the outdoor living space with large BBQ grill, pizza oven, fire pit, lounging area with umbrellas, new outdoor lighting and speakers to stream music. The lake itself is fantastic for swimming, with clear water and easy access. The depth around the dock gently sloped from 1 to 4 feet with deeper water further out which worked well for our 3 - 11 year old grandchildren. The bottom is sandy with rounded rocks. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching minnows with nets in the shallow area. On cool days the beach fire pit was awesome! Also enjoyed kayaks and floats.
Peter, the host, was very responsive. The outdoor views are spectacular, and the location is ideal for family relaxation and water activities. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The outside cooking area and fire pit were wonderful additions that we enjoyed every night. The lake is beautiful and much quieter than we were expecting. You saw and heard a few boats now and then but it was not constant hum of outboards and jet skis that you get at many lakes.
Shopping and the Cape were just a short drive away, but the privacy of the property made it feel like we were on our own private oasis.

Beautiful location! Perfect place for our extended family to gather and relax and hang out in wonderful spaces on property. Comfortable beds, amazing views, wonderful bar and game area.
A couple of hiccups… One bedroom did differ from online pics so we were short a bed for one. (Thought there was a bunk). Also, there were only four bath towels and just a few hand towels/washcloths/ kitchen towels for 11 of us, and the kitchen only had a few mugs and bowls. While there were 4 kayaks, two had broken seats so couldn’t use comfortably.
Overall, you can’t beat the location and view, and the host was easy and pleasant to communicate with! Would recommend!
