TV: The unit has a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps (like Netflix, YouTube, etc.). You can log into your own accounts.
Air Conditioning: The AC cannot be set below 70°F to avoid system freezing. Please keep all doors and windows closed while it’s running.
Check-In: This is not a self check-in property. One of our team members will meet you at arrival.
Late check-in fee:
After 6:00 p.m to 2 a.m
Packages: You may receive packages during your stay, but we are not responsible for them. If something arrives before check-in, let us know and we’ll try to help. We don’t have access to the mailbox, so we can’t receive regular mail.
Child Safety: Cleaning products are accessible in the unit. If you're traveling with children, please be cautious.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Depending on your length of stay, you may need to buy more.

The aesthetic of this property is just gorgeous. Located right across from the Kaseya center and within walking distance to so many establishments in Brickell, Yamile has a beautiful property. The building also has great amenities. I’m looking forward to staying here again!
