About this house rental
This wonderful Frisian cottage for 4 people, situated in an absolutely dreamlike location on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, invites you to enjoy a vacation you won’t soon forget.
The “Friesenperle,” furnished with great attention to detail, features 2 bedrooms (all-new mattresses in March 2025) and 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area with a fireplace, and a cozy reading nook with a stereo system on the loft. The rustic wooden beam ceiling gives the house a warm atmosphere.
The entire first floor is tiled and features underfloor heating. A DVD player is available.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand blender, Senseo coffee maker, and oven.
One bedroom, located on the upper floor, is also equipped with a second TV. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the adjacent bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
In addition, all windows can be darkened with exterior blinds, and fly screens are also provided.
There is a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
A beautiful terrace with furniture, a clothesline, and a large umbrella ensures a relaxing stay outdoors. The view of the canal is well worth seeing. Since May 2024, the terrace has also been covered.
A private parking space is also available to you free of charge.

The dike landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous cycling and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
