We are located on the second floor via a lift.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Value for money is great, will book again if the prices stay the same
: Honestly the location was great, i enjoyed walking back and forth from the city center to the apartmetn only like what 20 mins slow walking too. The apartment is really well equiped, bed and pillows are comfy, heating was great, i would close the bed room door and it would heat up in like 15 mins. The security of the building is also really good, i was very surprised
Personally I would like the couch to have a blanket, or like a throw that you can use as a blanket, i dont see a reason to bother the hosts for more blankets, even tho they accomodated me right away, or for me to bring the bed comforter back and forth in between rooms. Also a bathroom mat, like outside the bathtub, would be bad, just so people dont slip and water doesnt go everywhere
