This large, typical Spanish villa has been comfortably furnished, and provides an ideal location, close to the old town of Jávea and to the Port. This large property has aproximately 400 m2 built, and a plot of 2.000 m2 totally fenced. There is a big parking and a garage. The villa is surrounded by pretty gardens tastefully decorated with flowered plants, palm trees, flower-pots.... everywhere. The popular, sandy Arenal Beach at 4 Km. from the villa, has a palm-lined promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, while at night the town comes alive with market stalls and street performers.
