About this house rental
Looking for a holiday between sea, nature and relaxation? Welcome to our charming holiday home located in Fouesnant, in the heart of the Breton Riviera, just a 5-minute walk from Cap Coz beach and the famous water sports centre.
Carefully renovated, this authentic Breton house combines the cachet of the old with modern comfort. You will enjoy a large covered terrace, a summer kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing your meals sheltered from the sun or the small Breton showers, as well as a fully enclosed garden with gate, perfect for children.
Please note: From November to February, for monthly rentals, an electricity package of €200 is included, beyond that, the kw will be billed at the current rate, via a meter reading.
A house designed for holidays
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by its bright and warm atmosphere. The living spaces are open and friendly, the decoration is neat in a seaside spirit, and the covered terrace allows you to share outdoor meals from breakfast to long summer evenings.
In a few minutes on foot, you reach:

* the nautical centre of Fouesnant,
* bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants,
The house enjoys a privileged location: the shops in the centre of Fouesnant are just a 3-minute drive away, offering a perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to services.
An ideal location to discover Finistère
Embark for the Glénan Islands, a real lagoon with turquoise waters, or explore the many coastal paths, wild coves and beaches for which Fouesnant is famous.
Between swimming, water sports, bike rides, Breton markets and sunsets over the ocean, everything is there for an unforgettable holiday.

On the first floor, you will find:
* a beautiful bedroom with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm,
* an office, ideal for teleworking or a reading area,
* a large dressing room,
* a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower,
* a separate toilet.
Upstairs:
* a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm,
* a third bedroom with two single beds of 90 × 200 cm, perfect for children or teenagers.
Linen is provided – Travel light!
To ensure that your holiday starts as soon as you arrive, the beds are made before your arrival.
We also provide you with:
* one large bath towel and one hand towel per person,
* a bath mat,
* kitchen towels.
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay!
The kitchen is perfectly equipped
The kitchen has everything you need to cook: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee makers and plenty of crockery.
On sunny days, take advantage of the covered summer kitchen, equipped with a plancha, as well as a Weber barbecue to share delicious meals with family or friends.
For moments of conviviality, you will also find an electric crepe maker, a raclette machine, as well as a multifunction device for croque-monsieur and waffles.
You are a few minutes by car from Quimper city of Art and History, Concarneau and its walled city, Bénodet and its Casino without forgetting the Thalasso, Port-La-Forêt and its marina which houses the impressive racing yachts.
And a little further afield, you can watch the surfers at La Torche, visit Pont Aven and its art galleries, Brest and the Océanopolis, the Crozon peninsula, the Pointe du Raz, Locronan...

The property was so clean, modern and well equipped. Perfect for our week's holiday. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and lovely beachside restaurants.

We spent a fantastic week here and it felt like home. Exactly like in the pictures, everything we needed was there, AI responded super fast when we had a question and it was awesome to be so close to the beach. Can only recommend it.

Everything was in order and worked as intended. Minor Issues we had were resolved swiftly.
The house was very cold when we arrived and smelled a bit musty. (It was after christmas.)The electric heating worked well, but was very loud. The car had to be parked in the garden, right in front of the big window. The bed did not agree with my back, so we left some days early.
We did not see any human, the key was in a keysafe when we arrived, the new kettle appeared on the doorstep and we left putting the key back in its box without meeting anyone. That worked well, but we did not enjoy it.
You could probably say that about the whole experience: it worked well, but we did not really enjoy it that much. (I suppose the house is better for a summer stay.)
