Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This penthouse is located in the heart of moca city, close to all the best places in the town. The apartment offers you a extra large master bedroom with bathroom, ceiling fan, AC, smart TV, relaxing king size bed, walking closet and a spectacular city view. A second big bedroom with ultra soft queen bed, bathroom, closet, AC, ceiling fan and a bluetooth projector that allow you to connect your phone and you can watch and listen to your favorite music and movies on a big screen like a movie theater. If you feel tire of working all year and came to the city to take a little breath this penthouse has a living room with very comfortable furnitures that will relax your body. A living room furnished and a 65” inches smart TV with cable and all the most popular apps like youtube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. A dining room, visiting 1/2 bathroom, full equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, knives, spoons, folks, towels, air-frier, stove with oven, coffee maker, cups, glass cup, bottle and can opener, Wine opener, calderos. Loundry room with a washer and a dryer. A balcony, and one of the best part of the penthouse is the terrace with a 5 people jacuzzi and a beautiful view to the city and the wonderful mountains like villa trina and el mogote.

Great location. It’s a fourth floor walk up with no elevators so may not be ideal for anyone with accessibility needs. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We are familiar with Moca so it wasn’t difficult to locate. Someone who is not from the area might need to know the property is called Rosedale Residences. I had trouble maintaining the temperature in the shower. It has digital temperature control that would change from very warm down to cold which was not ideal since I was trying to bathe my baby. The property is beautiful and well kept. The neighbors are quiet and we enjoyed the views. We’d definitely return here anytime we aren’t staying with family.
