Nicely decorated 2+ BR home in quiet neighborhood

This stay was great. The house was within a very reasonable price for the amount of days we had stayed. The house was clean, and organized. The rooms were perfect size, and included all bedding accessories. There is a pull out couch in the living room. There are several closets throughout the house, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the basement. There are plates, cups, silverware, bowls, pots, pans, and some other kitchen necessities there, as well. There is a TV with Netflix and more. I love how the house is located in a cozy, non-creepy, part of town and there are alot of fun things within a short distance from the house. I think the only downfall of the house was the water heater: it is small, and we had to shower in shifts because after 2 people showering the water ran cold. Dan was a great host. I definitely recommend looking into this property for a stay!

Not a lot of pots and pans for cooking. But we made it work. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.

Cute little house, clean with easy check in and out. Perfect for a long weekend vacation.

First impression-POOR…front porch not safe. There was a hole in the porch floor, screws were sticking up on the steps & railing very loose. Had to be careful where we stepped. Balusters were rusty rebar & some had fallen out & several were in the process of falling out. Bathroom was not clean. Kitchen minimally equipped with cookware. Coffee pot had coffee grounds inside & we had to clean it before using it. TV mounted so high on wall it was uncomfortable to watch. Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet & conveniently located near shopping. Outdoor pictures on website not up to date. Would not stay there again.
