Beautiful designer 1 bedroom apartment w backyard & BBQ, perfectly positioned in the heart of Bondi Beach, only a 5 min walk away from the sand & surf. Conveniently located for transport, restaurants, night life, shops, coastal walks, wknd markets.
The space
Chic beachside space with freshly painted interior, high ceilings, wooden floors, dishwasher and internal laundry. Equipped with everything to make your stay cosy and relaxing. This 1 bedroom apartment sports a designer kitchen and bathroom as well as having direct access to a vibrant backyard and BBQ; perfect for entertaining. A sunroom that overlooks the back garden doubles as an office space.
It is close to all the amenities Bondi has to offer; beautiful coastal walks, local beaches, restaurants, cafes, local health spas, fresh produce weekend markets, local transport.
Guest access
Wifi, Chromecast, flatscreeen TV, dishwasher, internal laundry, external clothesline, backyard, BBQ, outdoor furniture for entertaining, office space, bed linen, towels (including beach towels).
In addition, guests can help themselves to spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and other cooking sauces, detergent, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and toilet paper. I know how annoying it is to have to buy all these things when you are on holidays.
Other things to note
The apartment is non smoking. If you want to smoke, I insist you do so in the backyard and you dispose of your butts thoughtfully.
There is a no party policy.
It is a quiet apartment block, so please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
On check out, please return keys to the safety lock box.

We spent 6 days here after a busy and exhausting 3-week Australia tour, and they were fabulous! The apartment was so well-equipped with everything we needed...and had a really comfortable bed. We loved that it was on the ground floor. We were just steps away from the bus stop and from many restaurants, coffee shops, a great bakery and several convenience and beverage stores. It's a quick and easy walk to all the action at the beach. We LOVED this neighborhood that was so alive with Aussies just enjoying life! Drew is a wonderful host — providing thorough information before our arrival and immediately answering any questions we had while there. For a true Bondi Beach experience, this is your place!

The property has a great location. Close to restaurants and an excellent bakery
. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. The apartment was nice with a user friendly kitchen. Parking can be a problem on busy weekends.
