Relax in the large private yard & dip into the pool/spa. The kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you'll need including an herb garden and fresh citrus in season from lemon, tangerine & grapefruit trees. The backyard features a gas barbecue, patio dining, umbrellas & lounge furniture for your outdoor relaxation.
The home is equipped with a security system including a smoke & carbon dioxide alarms, and a PANIC button on control panel in hall near front door. Three security cameras are located outside the home for surveillance when property is unoccupied.
This is NOT a Party House! No loud outdoor music at any time. Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am.
