Stylish & very spacious 3 bed/2 bath apartment, that has been remodeled in early 2021. Located in a wonderful community with access to all amenities such as tennis court, sauna, gym, pool, bbq area.

The location is within 10-20 minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and Downtown Orlando.

This place was clean and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect for easily strolling to the places we needed to go. However, the kitchen items were minimal.

Nice property and clean. Has been updated. Televisions only in master and family room. Would recommend and rent again.

The property had obviously been updated at some point in the previous years as suggested by the photos in the listing. Over the years there has been some wear and tear more than we expected. We contacted the owner with concerns about damaged cookware, missing overhead lights and other minor issues. After sending photos he immediately ordered new pots and sent someone over to handle some of the other issues. Overall the property served its purpose and we were quite comfortable for our 3 week stay. If you are more then 2 or 3 staying there ( the condo sleeps 6) I would suggest requesting additional silverware and linens.
